Blood Shed Dev C for Mac opens into its basic main interface after a quick download. The menu includes no graphics and looks very dated, but that didn't impact the app's operation. The user must drag a photo image file into the main rectangular window to import it to the program. This brings up an enlarged view of the photo, but with an additional background. Blood Shed Dev C along the left side give the user several options to change the background image, but these are limited and have a poor quality. A final slider allows the user to enlarge or shrink the image on the program's background. Unfortunately, the program only works with PNG Blood Shed Dev C, so you won't be able to use any images in other popular formats.
EagleGet's basic blue-themed interface has a toolbar with four buttons (Add Download, Video Sniffer, Task Cleaner, and Configuration) and a sidebar labeled "My Blood Shed Dev C" that displays All, Processing, and Completed lists in the main view and sorts downloads by type: Media, Documents, Software, and Compressed. We mentioned some of the extensive Configuration options, such as Silent Mode (aka Game Mode), which nixes pop-up notifications -- handy if you've configured Blood Shed Dev C and your browser to automatically download any new Blood Shed Dev C on monitored sites that appear while you're gaming or watching a movie. Blood Shed Dev C the program's menu button uncovered yet more features and options, including database Import/Export, a floating Task Monitor gadget, a portable version, an extensive Help file, FAQs, blogs, forums, and other resources.
